Studying at IMS is an ethereal experience. Though we are a batch of 120, it fosters closeness & facilitates interactive learning. Not only have the participants at IMS been exceptional performers academically and professionally but also, they have been leaders on their college campuses, in the work place and in their communities. Some have worked for non- profit organization and some have been state and national level athletes, singers and dancers. But what they have all in common is the special quality of a leader who can also function as a true team player.

Pedagogy at IMS establishes a crucial mix of lectures with case studies. We also amalgamate theory and practice, believing that effective managers require both intellectual and hands on experience. We structure flexibility into our MBA curriculum, allowing participants to explore their area of interest.

While competitive spirit thrives in each participant, it is complemented by a sense of camaraderie and the desire to see each individual achieve the goals he or she has set for himself/herself. We hope to establish their unique attitude as an IMS hallmark: People knowing one another, helping one another and taking pride in each other’s accomplishments.
