Hostel

The School has 3 hostel buildings which can accommodate upto 400 Boys from Class I & above are admitted into the hostel.

The students are placed in dormitories according to their age. The resident House Master, House Mistress and other supporting staff are there to fully provide all the care and supervision. At present there is no hostel facility for girls.

1. Reporting:-

All boarders must report at the hostel at least 24 hrs. before the reopening of the school after summer vacation. In case of other breaks and holidays, if they go away, they should be back on the evening before the school reopens by 5.00pm. For any constravention of this, the student, may be punished / fined or both.

2. Belongings:-

a). All boarders should have their clothes, articles and belongings marked so that they can be identified and not get mixed up .                                                                      

b). They should submit to the hostel authorities a complete list of their belongings. 

c). They should not bring or keep with them very valuable items and jewellery etc. The school authorities will not be responsible for damage / loss of such articles.  

Extra cash, valuable etc. may be deposited with the authorities.

3. Leave:-

No leave will normally be granted to go away during working days. When it is given, any overstaying beyond the permitted will be severely dealt with.

4. Norms & Routines:-

All boarder must strictly abide by the daily routine timing, norms and procedures. They should apply themselves to their work and all other tasks very seriously. Negligence in this respect, or behaving in any manner contrary to the school norms are likely to have an undesirable effect, can lead to serious action, including removal from the hostel, or even the school.

5. Withdrawal:-

Parents wanting to withdraw their ward, should give at least one term's notice, or full dues for that term in lieu of notice period.

6. Telephone Calls

The facility of making telephone calls by the boarders  and email facilities are available in the hostel.

Clothing and other requirements

List of clothing and other items is given below. The items should not be sent later as this causes inconvenience to the hostel authorities. All clothing items should be clearly marked with the name of the pupil before sending a pupil to the school. It is only right to expect that clothing items will wear out. These must be replaced before the students return to school after vacation. In any case if a resident student does not have his uniform or casual wear of the correct design or colour, or if the number of items of clothing, linen etc, is insufficient, an order will be placed with the school's dealers and the parents billed for the cost.
